Porsche Drive was an on-demand business model allowing customers to access Porsche cars via a monthly subscription program. Two services in the subscription program, single-vehicle and multi-vehicle (allowing flexible car swaps), both offered a comprehensive package, including insurance coverage, roadside assistance, vehicle maintenance, and within-20-mile delivery and pick-up. This case was a continuation of Porsche Drive (A): Vehicle Subscription Strategy, which provided a qualitative overview of the car subscription industry, the growth of Porsche Drive, and its successes and challenges. In this quantitative Case (B), Porsche Drive carefully examined its current pricing policy and explored potential improvements.
