The Peachtree Hockey Association is a regional minor hockey organization which was established to promote the highest calibre of competitive hockey for children 8 to 16. The industry (minor hockey) is a self-regulated monopoly. Executive boards, comprised of volunteers, administer all functions at the local level. Case analysts are obliged to project a break-even budget, constitute an effective executive board, and formulate a marketing plan for fund raising.
